At Coolstuff Aviation, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
1. All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made, all sales are considered final. However, under specific conditions outlined below, returns and exchanges may be accommodated.
2. 15-Day Return Policy: Items returned within 15 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Customers can choose between receiving their money back or store credit for the value of the item.
3. Store Credit for Returns Between 16-30 Days: If you return an item within 16-30 days of purchase, you will receive store credit for the value of the item.
4. Non-Returnable Items: Customized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged during shipping. We carefully craft these items specifically for you, so they cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a defect caused by us or an external shipping service. In addition, all other clothing items are non-returnable. This is to minimize waste. If we get a piece of clothing back from a customer, we must dispose of it and cannot resell it, this is to ensure the highest quality of our products.
5. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, including customized products, you may return it. In addition, a damaged product due to improper use or any other factor that is not in our control cannot be returned. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a return.
6. Order Changes: We can only make changes to orders if you notify us before the item has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made.
7. Custom Designs and Preferences: All custom designs will be sent to the customer for proof before production. Please review the design carefully to ensure it meets your expectations. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged. Additionally, returns for incorrect sizing or dissatisfaction with design will not be accepted. We provide detailed size guides and product images to help you make the best choice before purchasing. If a product is purchased and does not fit the customer will not be able to return it. for store credit or a refund.
8. Return Process: To return an item, please send an image of the issue to our customer service team at coolstuff.collabs@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
